Our products and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded by law.

Returns due to faults or failure to comply with applicable laws

If the products or services purchased by you are faulty and do not comply with applicable laws, we will provide a refund, repair, or replacement at no additional cost to you in accordance with your statutory rights and as required under applicable laws.

Returns for any other reason

We do not accept returns for any other reason not required by law, such as where you simply changed your mind or the problem with the product was caused by misuse.

Process for all returns

We may be unable to process your return if you do not have a copy of your receipt or proof of purchase.

Any refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

We will process all refunds within 10 business days. However, due to delays from financial institutions and payment merchants, funds can take up to 5 business days to appear in your account after your refund has been processed.
